Returns

We hope you love your pieces of Beach Lane Art as much as we loved designing it. If you're not 100% happy with your order or if your item arrived damaged in transit please email us at hello@beachlaneart.com with a photo of the damaged artwork and we will organise for a replacement to be sent. 

If you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund. Please contact us at hello@beachlaneart.com within 24 hours of receiving your item with your order number and reason for a full refund. Please note that any custom or personalised products are non-refundable.

For all returns items must be in their original condition and packaging.  We do not offer a free return service and we recommend that you send the item back to us on a tracked service. The item is your responsibility until Beach Lane Art sign for the returned piece. 

Once we have received the item(s) back a refund will be issued within 7 working days.
